Frequently asked questions
Here are some common questions about our Free cultural walk.
We enter everything that is publicly accessible. We do not visit places that require an entrance fee.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water, some cash if you'd like to purchase anything during our short break, and wearing comfortable shoes for walking. Make sure you’re prepared for the weather — hats, sunscreen, or a light jacket depending on the day.
The Naxos Free Experience is designed to be relaxed and enjoyable for all ages and walking levels. You'll rarely walk more than a few minutes at a time without a pause, and we also include a short toilet break halfway through.
We keep our groups friendly and personal — usually around 15–20 people. This makes it easier to ask questions, interact, and have a more engaging experience.
Yes, reservations help us prepare and give everyone the best experience. Once you book, you’ll get an instant confirmation with all the meeting point details.
There’s no booking fee and no cancellation fee. We simply ask that you let us know via email if your plans change — so we can manage group size smoothly.
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and a half. Our leader may slightly adjust the route based on the weather, the group’s pace, or local events to give you the best experience.
The route is almost the same, however we take our time at Sunset Experience to capture the moment from a very special spot with great view during the Golden hour. We dance in both occasions!
